"Since graduating with an MBA from Miami University, I have spent more than 25 year with Fortune 500 Ashland Inc. in various Human Resources related roles. My most recent role with Ashland was leading Human Resources globally for the Valvoline division ($2.0 Billion revenue, 5,000 employees).

In my HR career, I have had responsibility for ensuring the company had the right talent, at the right place, at the right time to exceed the corporate objectives. This included helping establish the goals for the company, determining the work needed, putting together the appropriate organization structure, assessing the talent internally and externally, and placing the talent in the right roles.

I have been on many successful leadership teams including the Ashland Leadership Team, Valvoline Leadership Team, Board of Directors for the Ashland Credit Union, and Advisory Board member for Lithko Contracting construction business.
