Since graduating from Xavier University, I've spent over 30 years in sales and marketing within the Consumer Package Goods Industry building businesses. My career began in Sales Management at Procter & Gamble. I then became President of Advantage Sales & Marketing (CMI Brokerage) in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan. As a Board member of Advantage, I built their first national customer and client teams before helping build Integrated Marketing Services from a start up to one of the top 20 advertising agencies in the country.

My single minded mission is to build long lasting and mutually beneficial relationships. That requires a deep understanding of client and candidate needs."
