"With more than 20 years experience in HR, I have extensive experience in building and transforming human resource functions at both division and corporate levels. In my role as the lead human resource officer of an S&P 500 corporation, I was called upon by senior management to help recruit and evaluate personnel, including candidates for chief technology, finance and legal officer positions, and numerous division leaders. As a human resource professional, I directed the development of recruiting, leadership development and management assessment strategies to support my company’s business objectives.

Prior to joining Satterfield Renzenbrink Associates, I spent 13 years with Convergys Corporation as the Senior Vice President Human Resources and Administration. Prior to that, I worked at AT&T for nearly 25 years in a wide variety of line and staff positions. I have a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Western Michigan University and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. I am a member of various professional organizations and have served on the National Underground Railroad and Freedom Center Board and the Greater Cincinnati-Dayton InRoads Board of Trustees."
